Employers now expect practitioners who can navigate complex performance questions, handle large datasets, communicate effectively with coaches and athletes, and design interventions grounded in strong physiological reasoning. This course responds to these professional expectations by advancing your scientific understanding of sport physiology and integrating it with hands‑on, practitioner‑ready skill development. The course is designed around five pillars: practitioner-focused learning, physiology skill-centred development, science in practice, personal and professional development, and emotional intelligence. It blends hard, technical expertise with softer interpersonal skills which are essential to becoming an effective performance physiology practitioner in the workplace.
