Course summary

This degree builds on the industry-recognised HNC. All first year entrants will start on the HNC and the entry requirements are therefore for this programme. Successful completion will allow you to progress onto the second year of the degree. Applicants already holding a relevant HNC qualification can apply for direct entry to the second year. When completing your application make sure you choose year two. It may be possible for applicants holding a relevant HND qualification to apply for direct entry to year three, again where this is the case please make sure you choose year three when completing your application.Designed by industry professionals, this skills-led honours degree aims to help graduates progress to the forefront of the sector and have sustainable and rewarding careers.Our lecturers are experienced, research-active professionals. Audio engineering is a fast changing industry and this course will equip you with the necessary skills. This course offers you the chance to choose your own specialism within the industry such as live events, broadcast, music recording or game audio, offering you a unique and rewarding experience.
