Course summary
Our (Secondary) Biology PGCE leads to the award of Qualified Teacher Status for the 11–16 age range and offers enrichment opportunities to teach age 16–18.We will equip you with the skills and knowledge to become a confident and competent biology teacher. You will benefit from also teaching chemistry and physics and we will develop your subject and pedagogical knowledge to be able to do this. Our teaching graduates' benefit from excellent employment rates that are consistently above the sector average.
