This BSc Business and Human Resource Management is designed to develop your knowledge and understanding of how businesses and their workforce operate and succeed, while providing you with a range of practical skills needed in today's world of business.You will learn:- the analytical skills to critically appraise and challenge existing managerial and business practices in the area of human resource management- how organisations are managed and the environment in which they operate- how decisions are made in organisations- how to manage organisational behaviour and change.If you opt for the Foundation Year route, this will fully prepare you for undergraduate study.
