**This exciting new Level 4 Higher National Certificate course has been designed to equip students with the skills, experience, knowledge and understanding required to achieve high performance in the global business sector.****For the course scheduled to begin in January 2022, course delivery is planned to run through continuously until the end of August 2022.****About the course**There is a strong emphasis on employability; equipping you with a relevant portfolio of skills and experiences to enter a currently challenging job market. These skillsets and knowledge are essential for students with entrepreneurial, employment or academic aspirations. Content is designed to be appropriate for entry to or within the business sector and to enable students to progress onto higher-level study on our Level 5 Higher National Diploma and Level 6 BA (Hons) Business Studies top-up degree courses.HNC modules include:- Business and the Business Environment- Marketing Essentials- Human Resource Management- Management and Operations- Management Accounting- Managing a Successful Business Project - Business Law - Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management**Assessments**Assessment is continuous, providing a range of evidence of your learning. This may include: essays and reports, individual and group presentations, research and analytical projects, oral and practical assessments. **Qualification awarded:**Level 4 Higher National Certificate in Business - awarded by Pearson.**Bursaries**We want our courses to be accessible to students from any background, so we’ve put together a cash support package in the form of non-repayable bursaries to provide financial help where it’s really needed. Many of our previous business graduates have gone on to postgraduate study or teacher training.
