Develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to manage people in organisations, with a degree that is also mapped to the core and specialist knowledge and behaviours of the CIPD Profession Map, at an Associate level.You'll learn about the main concepts and issues of human resource management. The course focuses on responsible, ethical and sustainable practices, and is informed by our academics' world-leading research.On our four year programme, you'll also get to spend your third year on a paid industry placement. Where you'll gain real life experience and boost your CV. Our award-winning placements team will support you in finding placement opportunities, interview practice and throughout your placement year.Our graduates have diverse career paths across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
