Course summary
Marketing is a dynamic and exciting industry, and plays a vital role in the success of any business. On this Sandwich course, you’ll gain an understanding of marketing theories and how to apply them, as well as a developing your experience through a valuable year in industry. This time spent working in business provides you with crucial work experience, which is highly prized and much sought after by employers upon graduation.You’ll gain a broad based understanding of business, before specialising in marketing. This course will encourage you to understand and apply marketing theories and techniques in a variety of roles and contexts, placing the customer at the heart of all business activity. The course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), providing you with one exemption from a core module towards the CIM Level 4 Certificate in Professional Digital Marketing. The CIM is the key professional body for Marketing and is highly regarded by employers. Our Business Management Joint Honours courses are all built on a common first year of study, which means you have the option to transfer to a different Joint Honours course after the first year.Our BA (Hons) Business Management Joint Honours courses have Dual Award status with the Chartered Management Institute.
