OVERVIEW
Why choose this course
At Surrey Business School we inspire positive change in business and society, individuals and organisations, locally and globally by delivering impactful research and courses which promote a global and digital mindset for the future of business.
Our business management courses give you the opportunity to explore how organisations of all sizes start, run and thrive.
By combining this core business knowledge with specific expertise in entrepreneurship on our BSc (Hons) Business Management (Entrepreneurship) pathway, you’ll explore different approaches to innovation and entrepreneurial culture both within established organisations and new business start-ups.
What you will study
Entrepreneurship is about pursuing opportunities beyond the resources you have at hand. Entrepreneurs are pioneers and innovators who often build businesses from scratch, or work within their organisations to create new opportunities.
Our BSc (Hons) Business Management (Entrepreneurship) course offers a wide variety of modules on topics including entrepreneurship in the digital domain, business law, and entrepreneurship and innovation, as well as core business topics.
You’ll gain an overall view of entrepreneurial activity and explore different ways to approach entrepreneurship.
Careers and graduate prospects
We offer careers information, advice and guidance to all students whilst studying with us, which is extended to our alumni for three years after leaving the University.
The ability to select the modules most relevant to your chosen career means you’ll graduate well-equipped to take advantage of all of the career opportunities open to you.
