Course summary
Gain comprehensive knowledge and develop a range of skills vital for setting up your business. As well as the theories and practices of managing a business, you will learn how to identify opportunities, develop your ideas, and raise start-up funds. Even if self-employment is not for you, these skills are welcomed by employers looking for creative and innovative thinkers who can look ahead to develop future business.As a business management student, you will develop a good knowledge of management theory and learn how to apply it to a variety of business scenarios. You’ll not only graduate with an advanced knowledge of management theory, but with the experience, professional skills and industry insights to start up your own business or build a career across multiple sectors. This course is taught at our green Peel Park campus close to Manchester city centre with a wide range of dedicated flexible study spaces and resources to support your learning.
