Business Management with Law BA (Hons)

The course comprises a variety of business areas providing a legal framework for entrepreneurship and private organisations. The journey explores contract law; market power and competition, intellectual property; commercial law, trade, commerce and the sales of goods and services; and prepares students with the skills for a career in Business and Law.The course provides students with a solid understanding of the British legal system and its impact on businesses and commercial transactions. The modules studied give detailed consideration to the laws relating to businesses and the running of businesses in the real world.With an optional placement year between the second and final year of study studies students have the opportunity to undertake a year placement, either in a relevant industry and discipline or we have an exciting opportunity for students to start up their own business with the support of the LSBU Enterprise team
