As part of this business management with sustainable development course, you’ll:- Understand how management informs business behaviour and performance- Analyse complex problems from a range of perspectives- Utilise digital tools and technologies to gather, analyse and communicate information professionally- Identify the core principles of sustainability management and make crucial decisions based on the 3Ps: people, planet and profit- Familiarise yourself with the circular economy and how it can be applied to reduce waste and maximise resource input- Apply management and leadership frameworks to local, national and global business environments- Evaluate the role leaders and practitioners play in employing sustainable development initiatives, including corporate social responsibility, inclusivity and stakeholder engagement- Learn to pivot with rapidly changing business conditions and opportunities, as well as plan for and implement long-term visions- Explore how different businesses operate, with a focus on how sustainability can be applied
