Business with a Foundation Year for Elite Athletes provides a pathway into any of Loughborough University's Business courses for students recognised as elite athletes by the University’s Performance Sport Centre, who do not currently hold the qualifications required for direct entry.Loughborough’s Foundation Studies programme is designed to support a wide range of students in achieving their university ambitions. Its streamed structure allows students to progress to a variety of degree courses within their chosen stream, offering additional time to determine which course best aligns with their goals.This foundation programme is particularly suited to:Students who have not previously studied the prerequisite subjects required for direct entry to their preferred degreeElite-level athletes balancing academic study with the demands of high-performance sport.Students enrolled in the course are full members of the University, with access to the Students’ Union, clubs, societies, sports facilities, support services, and the exceptional student experience Loughborough is known for.
