The Chartered Institute of Marketing Level 6 Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing has been developed following extensive global employer-led research including small businesses, international organisations and numerous marketers across a range of marketing and business functions.
Equivalent level to an undergraduate degree, this contemporary and practical qualification upskills you with the very latest digital strategies.
The aim of the Level 6 Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing is to provide the practising marketer with relevant, contemporary marketing skills to equip them for the current global landscape. Learning is brought to life through meaningful and active assessment methods which embrace the modern marketing industry. Successful completion of the CIM Level 6 Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing will equip the student with the knowledge, skills and understanding to support decision making within a digital context at a strategic level and carry out an essential and successful professional marketing role within the workplace.
To achieve the CIM Level 6 Diploma in Professional Digital Marketing, a pass is required in each of the three modules. However, the qualification has been structured to reflect the need for a flexible and bite-sized approach for today’s professional marketer. Each module can be achieved as a distinct, self-contained award which can be built up to attain the full Diploma.

ASSESSMENT & TEACHING
Teaching is typically evenings 6pm – 9pm in Wrexham, with assignment workshops and tutorials available separately. Your tutor is on hand to guide you through your research and support with feedback on the assignment before submission. Modules are assessed by assignment based on a given scenario and an organisation of choice.
CAREER PROSPECTS
Achieving a professional qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, an internationally recognised professional marketing institution demonstrates best practice in a rapidly changing field. On completion of this qualification and as a member of CIM (optional) candidates can work towards achieving Chartered Marketer status.
CIM students come from a wide variety of business backgrounds such as public sector, telecommunications, agriculture, leisure, tourism, food, transport, manufacturing and financial services. Some are currently studying for degrees or postgraduate awards but recognise the competitive edge a professional qualification gives them.
