Civil Engineers design and manage projects that help improve the world we live in. Infrastructure supports our day-to-day lives. Civil Engineers support the development of roads, bridges, schools and hospitals. Without infrastructure, the world would be a different place.On our four year accredited degree, you will have the opportunity to learn in a top 10 department in the country. During your degree, You will gain a solid grounding in core subjects, including structures, geotechnics, materials, fluids, surveying and construction management, with opportunities to specialise in further key areas such as hydraulic design and risk assessment in later years. Furthermore, our strong ties with industry mean our students enjoy a wealth of opportunity for work experience and career progression throughout the course.
