This innovative programme of study has been approved by the Joint Board of Moderators as Further Learning to provide the academic base for Incorporated Engineer, recognised by the Institution of Civil Engineers, Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation, Institution of Structural Engineers and the Institute of Highway Engineers.This two-year part-time course is designed to provide an opportunity for people who have previously gained an HNC in Civil Engineering the chance to progress in their career and qualifications.This top-up course will develop your analytical and problem-solving skills as well as expand your knowledge in the field to enable you to specialise in your study and complement your existing experience.WGU students studying courses in the civil engineering subject areas were the most satisfied with the teaching on their course in Wales and 2nd most satisfied in the UK.
