The course is designed to provide graduates the breadth of skills to be effective in the varied digital workplace, developing their own self-management and self-development capabilities to keep pace with change and adapt to new technologies, software languages and cloud management systems. This course has been designed in collaboration with AWS (Amazon Web Services) Educate in their Cloud Degree program. The course aims to produce graduates who are critically informed about and engaged with the latest developments in Cloud Computing. This course will also synthesise theory and practice throughout each module to ensure that students are knowledgeable in the key areas of Software, Databases, Hardware, Cyber Security, Networking, Infrastructure, Cloud Platforms and Project Management. **Facilities**Located on our Mile Lane campus, you will have access to our Library & Learning Services (LLS), fully equipped seminar rooms and impressive IT suites. Plus, you can take advantage of reading rights in Coventry University’s Lanchester Library, make use of sport centre facilities and receive full membership to Coventry University Students’ Union (CUSU).**Staff**Each course unit has been developed and is taught by specialists in the field of digital and technology. With years of experience in the industry, our lecturers bring a wealth of expertise that is crucial to the success of our students within the industry.**Practical Experience**Throughout your studies, you will find that the course is underpinned with practical experience. You will have the chance to create functioning websites, networks and databases with access to industry-standard software.On successful completion of this course, you will have been able to:-Adapt and gain additional specific competencies.-Apply contemporary knowledge and practical skills in Cloud Computing.-Develop the combination of skills and knowledge required to undertake research and development work involving technically advanced computer applications.-Deploy a range of skills into a global cloud computing market.-Complement the degree with additional certifications and relevant memberships responsive to local and international employer needs (such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Technology Associate, ITIL, PRINCE2).-Develop cognitive, practical and employability skills needed to play a critical role for societal and economic development
