Our Computer Science (Cyber Security) BSc will enable you to gain a sound academic grounding in the discipline of Computer Science, an understanding of the professional issues relevant to your future working life and specialist knowledge in cyber security - informed by our own research and industry trends.Your final year will culminate with the opportunity to deep dive into research focused modules (including a final year research project) relating to the specialist area of cyber security. You will learn how to identify the major types of cybercrime and implement counter-measures to protect against them and explore the laws relating to the major forms of cybercrime and cyber security.
