This course will prepare you in a technical, professional and management context to make an immediate contribution to the construction sector.You will develop a deeper understanding of the key features of construction management including resource management, finance, legal and environmental issues and their impact on successfully completing construction projects.Assessments on this course will include a yearly assignment to be completed outside of College. A variety of other assessments will take place throughout the course including presentations, written reports, accounts surveys and more.
