This HNC in construction management covers the design, function, construction and statutory requirements for buildings. This hands-on course offers subjects such as construction technology and materials, building law, building conversion and adaption, and site engineering.Studying for your HNC will allow you to become a member of a number of internationally recognised bodies, such as the Chartered Institute of Building, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists.
