Course detail

As a construction project manager you will learn to handle the planning, coordination, and successful execution of construction projects. The projects you work on could range from agricultural, residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, civil, or environmental.

The course provides a broad, thorough foundation in the fundamentals required for successfully organising and managing construction projects; such as, strong communication skills, comprehensive knowledge of the building process and the ability to problem-solve. It includes study of the latest technology implementation and innovation, such as BIM and 3D printing.

The course will equip you with advanced knowledge and skills in:

  • construction project management
  • integrated and interoperable information management in construction projects
  • environmentally-friendly design and construction
  • sustainable financial and procurement management in construction projects.
