This will give you an in-demand range of skills and experiences that will help you to lead in the field of dementia care.
Course detail
On this MSc Dementia Care you will examine contemporary thinking and analyse current care and services. Your goal will be to build an evidence base for best practice.
We emphasise the importance of creative approaches to research and development. There may be opportunities to work with input from artists and designers, as well as from scientists, to develop treatments that focus on the link between creativity and health.
To this end, your studies at the Dementia Care Centre will include influences from a wide range of disciplines, including:

This course helps you to explore high-quality, ambitious, evidence-based solutions for improving the lives of people who suffer with dementia. Our aim is to empower you to become a positive leader in dementia care practice and service management.
