- Experience in Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage One, with enhancement in age-phases either side (e.g. 0-3 and Key Stage 2)

Teaching methods
School-based learning is a rewarding aspect of the course. In each year, you will experience a period of time in school developing your teaching skills. There may also be an opportunity for a placement abroad.
Assessment
We use a wide range of formal and informal formative assessment strategies. These can include essays, small group assessment, semi-structured discussions, presentations and peer assessment. There are observations of your teaching and professional practice.
