This degree gives you the skills, knowledge and experience to build a career as a primary school teacher and offers the flexibility of combining your education studies with a specialism.A range of qualifications may be possible, including: BA (Hons) Education; BA (Hons) Education with Health and Wellbeing; BA (Hons) Education with Literacy; BA (Hons) Education with Languages; BA (Hons) Education with Mathematics; and BA (Hons) Education with Science.Valuable opportunities for school placement are embedded in each year of the degree, providing hands-on experience to complement your academic studies. You would spend 30 weeks of the programme on placement. You would also have the opportunity to undertake a placement in an Additional Support Needs school.
