Course summary
Develop the knowledge, skills and understanding of business, operations and strategy to prepare you for a career in engineering management.Our course teaches you skills in leadership and management and how to apply them in an engineering context to deliver sustainable products, technologies and services. You'll explore the impact of new technologies and how they relate to management in the engineering sector. Your studies will include business analysis, product development and supply chain management.Throughout the course, you'll develop a strong foundation in management essentials such as finance, operations, project management and strategy. You'll have the option to use this knowledge in a consultancy project where you'll work in teams on a real engineering or technology management challenge with an industrial partner. This collaborative approach bridges the gap between the two disciplines.
