What you will do- By choosing the English Language and Linguistics pathway, you’ll gain in depth knowledge of how the language works, including its history, evolution and structure.- On our English Literature pathway you’ll study key figures like Shakespeare and Dickens alongside genres such as gothic, graphic novels, theatre, film, and books for children. - You’ll become a confident communicator in a language of your choice. If you specialise in a Modern Language then you’ll get to spend a year abroad.
