The linguistics strand encourages you to explore language from a scientific perspective. You’ll study the relationship between language and the mind and language and society. The degree will teach you transferable skills in research methods and text analysis, and communication, helping you to become a critical, independent thinker with a capacity for insight into texts and genres.
