What is special about this course?

The niche pressures, challenges and range of external legislation and competititon require managers of organisations in the industry to take responsibility to drive innovation and identify new solutions and new ways of working to be adaptable.

This course will provide you with the opportunity to think about your own leadership approach and preferences as well as the needs of your organisation. It will encourage you to develop and make changes that can have a positive impact on yourself and your business.
