Course summary

This programme will be delivered through a combination of online and face to face sessions to suit your individual needs, subject to us being able to work within the Welsh Government guidance and legislation to ensure the safety of you and our staff. We will also continue to support those with additional learning needs remotely. Please note that where work placements are not able to be fulfilled for safety reasons we will adapt modules to include work related projects in a way that will still develop your work based skills.

In choosing to study Cambria’s Foundation Degree in Fitness and Health (developed and awarded by the University of Chester), you will get the opportunity to learn a range of relevant topics linked to the fitness industry. This Foundation Degree aims to equip you with the relevant skills to deliver initiatives and activities aimed at improving people's fitness and health related lifestyles.

You will be taught through a variety of active and engaging sessions, including lectures, seminars, tutorials and practical workshops. There will also be visiting speakers and opportunities to visit relevant organisations.
