GCU Pathways
Pathway students enrol on the undergraduate BSc/BSc Hons Food Bioscience at Glasgow Caledonian University. In the first two years, you will study HND Applied Biological Sciences at Glasgow Kelvin College while preparing for year 3 and 4 (for Honours) of the degree at GCU.
BSc (Hons) Hons Food Bioscience graduates enjoy excellent food related career prospects in food manufacturing and production, food safety, research, development, marketing and as a food nutritionist or advisor.
Choose the Food Bioscience study pathway if:
- you are interested in health, nutrition and food production
- you want to be part of the growing food manufacturing industry
