Course summary

This course provides you with a deep knowledge and experience of techniques relevant to forensic science, both at the scene and in the laboratory, and an understanding of legislation and legal procedures. You can take a year placement in a variety of laboratory and forensic roles to gain a Diploma in Professional Practice.You will benefit from access to an on-campus Crime Scene Training Facility, fully equipped with a digital CCTV and audio system, and a range of specialist forensic laboratories which are all fitted out with the same state-of-the-art equipment used by professional forensic practitioners.
