Course summary
This Higher National Diploma (HND) programme is delivered through 8 industry relevant units, and placement/work practice. This course will offer you the chance to gain up to date subject knowledge and higher technical practical skills.This qualification is widely recognised by industry and higher education meaning it can provide clear progression to employment or for further study through to Level 5 and then a full degree at Level 6.There is now a greater emphasis on employer engagement and work readiness. This National qualification in Healthcare Profession’s Support for England has been designed to reflect the increasing need for high quality professional and technical education pathways and is mapped to the Assistant Practioner in Health apprenticeship standard. Therefore, this programme is recognised as a Higher Technical Qualification (HTQ).
