Combine your passion for history with French, German or Spanish in this program featuring experts covering global historical periods from Classical to modern times, with flexible topic choices to match your interests. Studying a modern language (including beginner options) immerses you in another culture, supported by extra teaching hours and funded language courses abroad after year 1 for rapid progress. The year abroad includes placements at workplaces, British Council centers or partner universities. You'll develop valuable workplace skills including: analyzing diverse viewpoints presenting arguments effectively independent and collaborative work advanced language proficiency and primary research methodologies.
