HISTORY OF ART

: - History of art seeks to understand how and why paintings, sculptures, buildings, and works of design in a variety of media come to look the way they do. You will benefit from the extensive resources of the University Library and Archives, and The Hunterian, the University’s museum and art gallery, which feature the world-famous Hunter, Whistler and Mackintosh collections. You will also have access to Kelvin Hall, the University and city’s innovative collections-access centre. In your third-year vacation you will receive a grant to assist you to visit museums, galleries and buildings relevant to your studies.


BUSINESS & MANAGEMENT

: - The study of business and management offers you a structured insight into both the theoretical and practical dimensions of organisations and management. You will benefit from a wide range of diverse expertise within Business & Management, as well as our collaborative ties with local industry and commerce which make significant contributions to the degree programme. Theory and practice are taught through a variety of innovative learning methods and opportunities. Triple-crown accreditation puts the Adam Smith Business School in the top league of international business schools.
