Course summary

**Summary**Studying the History with Data Science BA (Hons), you will develop both your historical knowledge and your ability to communicate it effectively. You will also learn to effectively use databases, systems and analytical tools to generate insights and intelligence.**Teaching & Learning**You will typically experience an average of 8 or more hours of high-quality contact time in each teaching week, in considerably smaller groups than are the norm for UK institutions at the undergraduate level, if you choose to study History as your major subject. The exact number of contact hours will depend on your choice of any optional courses.Your contact hours will include a mixture of teaching methods best suited to the subject matter and to achieve the learning outcomes for each individual course.
