HNC Management & Leadership (Year 2) - Evening

Please note that due to COVID-19, this course will be delivered on-campus with reduced student numbers and physical distancing measures in place.

This is the second year of the HNC Management & Leadership evening programme. Apllicants must have completed year 1 in order to progress into year 2. This qualification is ideal for first line managers, or those in a supervisory position looking to secure a recognised management qualification. Course delivery is well structured and professional however, delivery is fairly informal with lecturer input, class discussion, interactive activities and exercises to develop a solid skills and knowledge base. Candidates are also supported by online learning resources.

This course is eligible for a fee waiver and part-time fee grant.

Career Paths

The programme is designed to provide candidates with the skills and knowledge to compliment and enhance their existing supervisory or management career and to allow progression into other operational and senior management roles.
