COURSE INFORMATION
This course follows on from HNC: Fitness, Health and Exercise. You will need to have passed the HNC prior to enrolling on the HND: Fitness, Health and Exercise.
Working with a range of individuals, this course provides you with the knowledge and skills to become a personal trainer. You will gain experience in motivating clients to be become more physically active as well as improve their diet, health and wellbeing.
The course includes the Level 3 Personal Trainer award, recognised by the fitness industry.
