Birkbeck's BA Human Geography with Foundation Year gives you a deeper understanding of the complex processes that shape our contemporary social, political, economic and cultural life. It focuses on how we interact with each other and the environment, exploring the relationship between culture, identity, space and place, to appreciate the multiple connections between humans and the physical landscapes they inhabit.In your first year, you will acquire key disciplinary skills.
