Course summary
Nutritionists elicit, disseminate and apply the knowledge drawn from the relevant sciences so as to promote an understanding of the effects of diet on growth, development, health and wellbeing of man. http://www.nutritionsociety.org/ This course aims to provide a comprehensive education in nutrition science and the related biosciences and their application to the maintenance of human health and in public health domains, the prevention of disease.
