Course summary

We offer some of the best teaching in Human Resource Management (HRM) in both Scotland and the UK. This course covers areas such as recruitment and selection, training and developing and managing conflict at work. These are an important part of the management process in all organisations. In Business Law you'll study the general principles of commercial law and business legal regulations. These include company law, competition law and human rights law. Business Law can only be studied as a second subject as a joint Honours option. Learn about recruitment and selection, training and developing, rewards, diversity and managing conflict at work. Gain an insight into the way law affects organisations. Join our hrm society and share knowledge and practice, awareness of careers and build relationships with alumni and employers.
