Achieving an MSc in Human Resource Management & Organisational Analysis from King’s Business School will equip you with in-demand and current knowledge and skills. As organisations become progressively more turbulent and the solutions required to meet organisational demands become more diverse, we can help to future-proof your career in the people profession.

Our courses cover critical and challenging issues in the people profession, including strategy, organisational management, contemporary challenges in human resource management, high performance, well-being, and advanced qualitative and quantitative analytics. The MSc involves completion of a dissertation, for which you will receive supervision by qualified academic advisors.

The programme is made up of optional and required modules and offers you flexibility with the choice to study either full or part-time. You must take modules totalling 180 credits to complete the course, including the compulsory dissertation which will count for 60 credits. If you are studying full-time, you will complete the course in one year, from September to September. If you are studying part-time, your programme will take two years to complete, with 4 core modules making up your first year, and a mixture of core and optional modules in your second year. You will also complete your dissertation in your second year too.

In addition to our core MSc course, we offer the opportunity to gain CIPD accreditation through attendance at 14, self-contained workshops. This is an engaging experience for students and involves input from high-profile guest contributors who are actively involved in the practice of the people profession.
