This degree programme is designed to prepare you for active participation in Human Resource Management. It includes building a wide range of personal skills and the experience demanded by employers. Studying for a higher education award in HRM will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to establish a career in human resource management. BSc (Hons) HRM is a full-time programme offered with our partner university. It is a three year programme, with the first two years of study taking place at Bromley College and the final year either at Bromley College or on the campus of our partner university.


The tourism industry supports over 260 million jobs worldwide and offers a multitude of exciting opportunities for graduates.

You will gain specialist knowledge in tourism from experienced staff who are passionate about their teaching and research. Lectures and seminars are supported by a wealth of industry speakers, site visits and an international field trip. During your time with us, you will be offered work experience/ internships and be able to take advantage of our exciting Tourism and Events Research Hub, which has a reputation for winning successful research grants.

Whilst studying your tourism degree you will have the chance to take part in a fun and stimulating field trip abroad in year one, and another interesting field trip abroad in year two, already included in your fees. We believe that learning on location is a great way to study.

You will explore areas including:

  • introduction to tourism
  • tourism and events policy and development
  • visitor attraction and venue management
  • topics including, dark tourism, film tourism and sustainability
