Professional development

This part-time course is designed to fit in around your existing commitments. You will be able to conduct your management research report or dissertation with your current employer, allowing you to see how to put theory into practice.

The MSc and PgDip are fully accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Upon successful completion of the course, you’ll achieve an Advanced Level 7 Qualification in HRM and become an Associate Member of the CIPD when you graduate.
