About the course

BSc Human Resource Management (Top-up) is designed for students who have completed a relevant foundation degree, HND or equivalent qualification and wish to progress to a full honours degree. The course develops your understanding of people management, organisational behaviour and employment relations within contemporary workplaces.You will examine how organisations attract, develop and retain talent while responding to legal, ethical and strategic challenges.
