This programme trains dentists with limited experience in implant dentistry to identify, plan, restore and maintain implants in straightforward cases, so they can provide clinical restorative implant dentistry in their practices. This blended-learning course is ideal for overseas students based anywhere in the world.The field of modern implant dentistry is constantly evolving. Dentists must face challenges that require new skills as well as meeting high patient expectations. Our implant dentistry programme provides the foundational skills to treat patients with dental implants and create opportunities for rewarding careers.The PG Cert teaches you to describe and perform the surgical steps involved in the guided placement of a dental implant. You will learn how to plan, restore and maintain implants for straightforward, single unit cases. This mixed-mode course combines remote learning and tuition throughout the year with four sessions of two or three days on site in London (usually in October, December, February, and April).
