Course summary
This innovative course has been specifically designed to meet the needs of all those from different backgrounds to develop the skills and understanding of working inclusively so they can work really effectively to achieve these improvements.As the course integrates classroom and work-based learning, it is essential that students have access to a work base. Throughout the course, students will be given regular opportunities to discuss their ideas and gain constructive feedback from staff so they can make good progress. The course will provide students with greater opportunities within their current workplace and enable them to progress into further professional training if they so wish. There are a range of job roles that this course prepares students for such as working as a lead professional, as a family support worker or as a learning mentor.
