International Business Law (With Optional Professional Placement) LLM / PgDip / PgCert

The LLM International Business Law is available to students from both a legal and non-legal background. Our students have typically been law graduates, business graduates, legal professionals and people working in commercial fields both nationally and internationally. Within industry international business law is a fast-changing and increasingly complex area.

This postgraduate course provides students with analytical and reflective skills and expertise in international business law. It provides a learning experience which will enable students to develop their academic ability and enhance their performance in employment and further develop their career opportunities. It provides the successful candidate with a recognised postgraduate qualification in International Business Law.

Learning Environment and Assessment

For online students, teaching and learning is predominantly through weekly synchronous and asynchronous online workshops. For campus-based students there are weekly workshops which take place on Wednesdays. The learning ethos is to draw on the range and experience of our diverse student cohort. The programme will provide students with expertise, analytical and reflective skills. The programme aims to provide a learning experience that will enable students to develop their academic ability, to further develop their careers and to assist them in making a positive contribution to the wider, global and national community. You will also gain PGCert and PGDip awards in this course.
