If you want to build your knowledge and experience of international business and human resource management (HRM) for your career as a future business leader, then this course is for you. You gain an understanding of the complex and changing context of HRM, and the importance of organisational culture, resilience and sustainability in turbulent business environments in an international context. You develop an awareness of contemporary HRM issues in readiness for being a future-thinking practitioner with cutting-edge knowledge of human resource developments.
