Overview

Our International Business Management course will prepare you for a career in international organisations.

You will understand the challenges managers face in a global world. And gain the confidence to work in a range of international environments.

You will learn about:

  • how businesses distribute resources to ensure success
  • the challenges of long-term economic and environmental sustainability.

Our teaching staff have professional experience and links with industry, and they write leading textbooks on business and management. You'll also attend guest lectures with industry leaders.

We are ranked 30 (a move up of 13 places), for Business Management and Marketing in the 2019 Guardian University Subject League Table

To offer you flexibility, after the first year, you can switch to one of our other courses:

Assessment

Assessment methods used on this course

Students are assessed by a wide variety of methods and we pay particular attention to when and how feedback is given to support your learning.

We make use of a range of feedback methods including:

  • audio
  • face-to-face
  • written feedback.

The majority of teaching and assessment activities take place between Mondays and Fridays, 9am to 7pm. There may be occasions when activities may fall outside of these hours.
