Course summary
International financial law plays a central role in global business transactions due to the increasing dependence of the world’s economies on the financial system. As a result, there’s an increasing demand for professionals with expertise in international financial law. On this course, you’ll learn from leading scholars, lawyers and practitioners whose research and professional activities underpin their teaching. You’ll develop a comprehensive understanding of: domestic and international developments from practical, regulatory and policy perspectives on financial and corporate law the financial services industry regulatory issues affecting major transactions in global financial markets. This course gives you flexibility to tailor your studies to your interests. You can choose from modules that will give you a strong background in core aspects of corporate and financial law.
