This course is designed for students who want to upgrade their PgDip in an HR related field or international human resource management to an MSc. The course is carefully designed to meet employers' needs and is recognised for its quality, giving you the tools, you need to succeed in senior human resources roles, executive training and development roles. This course produces graduates who are ready to succeed in senior human resources jobs with responsibilities in one or more countries.

From Research to Practice seminar series (co-presented by an HR academic and HR practitioner), jointly organised with the CIPD and delivered by leading HR managers, recruitment specialists and talent and development consultants alongside Kingston's own expert academics.
